Nukkles massage can be applied through
light clothing or directly
on bare skin, with a little massage oil.
Constant pressure or small, more intense rotations can be applied to the appropriate
pressure points to help relieve tension and headaches, soothe sore muscles and stimulate
circulation.
Placing two fingers over one of
the domes can help to achieve a
deeper, penetrating massage.

Use for Reflexology
|
If using Nukkles for acupressure or reflexology, it is
advisable to
place a finger into the dome to achieve extra firm pressure.
Try placing a Nukkle under your lower back or neck while reclining,
for a penetrating, deep massage.
(Note: This technique is not recommended for more than 5 minutes.) |
